Our Board is made up of a wide variety of backgrounds which uniqely blend to provide a wide range of experience. It is comprised of hard working family and close friends that are committed to giving back by serving our fellow man. We work to help eliminate hunger and homelessness in the City of Philadelphia, one person at a time.
Founded in 2008 by Albert and Mary Matthews, married 32 years and blessed with 11 wonderful children, several of which help with the companies mission. Albert is a full time Lineman, of many years, with PECO Energy and Mary is a homemaker.
Jonathan Matthews is the second oldest son of the Matthews’, and is married with twins and employed at ReedSmith LLC. in Philadelphia. Jon assists with planning operations and supplying food to those in need.
Dr. Andrew Matthews is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson Medical College and is an intern at the University of Massachusetts Hospital. Andrew provides consultation on a wide variety of issues, and assits in the companies mission in his free time.
William Matthews is Director of IT for PublicSavings Bank and is married with 5 children. Bill serves as Treasurer and assists with supplying food to those in need. Bill also provides technology direction for the operations of the company.
Nate Elkins is a Sous Chef for Acts Retirement Community and has one daughter. Nate is an expert consultant on food preparation and handling and assists in supplying food to those in need and in promotional events.
Miquel (Mike) Hernandez is the full time Sacristan for St. Andrews Catholic Church in Newtown PA. Michael assists with planning operations, fund raising and supplying food to those in need.
